"Irwin Commercial Finance announces appointment of Philip O'Halloran as a Senior Business Analyst"

Effective June 29, 2006, Philip will act as project manager on all key technology-related projects. He will be the liaison between business users and the technical community to ensure that new applications meet user expectations. He will also focus on improving existing processes within both the technology and business organization.

Philip is an IT professional with over 10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis in the financial industry. He was most recently with Pioneer Investments, a global investment management company. Prior to Pioneer, he was with Daon Ltd, a provider of biometric software and services to governments and organizations to assist them in managing the identities of their customers and employees.

Philip and his wife recently moved to Vancouver from Dublin, Ireland.
