"Irwin Commercial Finance announces the launch of its new Canadian web site."

Irwin Commercial Finance Canada Corporation (ICF Canada) is pleased to announce the launch of its new and improved website (www.irwincfcanada.com) on September 5, 2006.

On January 15, 2005, Onset Capital Corporation changed its name to Irwin Commercial Finance Canada Corporation to better reflect its relationship with its parent, Irwin Financial Corporation (NYSE: IFC).

This is the first of our three launches; the Irwin Commercial Finance site will be redesigned to better enhance the unity and product offerings of each of its lines of business: Irwin Commercial Finance Canada, Irwin Commercial Finance - Equipment Finance, and Irwin Commercial Finance - Franchise.

The ICF Canada website is another step towards ensuring that you have access to information pertaining to the services we provide. The new website offers a great deal of information and easy navigation. We are pleased with what we have accomplished and this is only the beginning. We are always exploring ways that we can expand the online services we offer to you and we are working to find other opportunities to better serve you.
