Mark Cannon
Executive Vice President & General Manager

As Executive Vice President & General Manager for Irwin Commercial Finance, Mark Cannon oversees the overall originations and operations for Irwin Commercial Finance Canada.

Before joining ICF, Mark was the Vice President of Sales for AT&T Capital Canada Inc. Prior to AT&T; Mark held several senior sales positions in Vancouver and England.

Bob Mormina
Sr. Vice President of Sales

As Sr. Vice President of Sales, Bob is responsible for all originations within Irwin Commercial Finance Canada.

Bob spent 10 years in the vehicle leasing business in Quebec with AT&T Capital Canada Inc. and its predecessor company, Avis Leasing Canada. Prior to joining ICF, Bob was the Vice President, Eastern Region for AT&T Capital Canada Inc. - equipment division.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Concordia University.

Lui Spizzirri
Sr. Vice President, National Accounts

Lui is the Sr. Vice President, National Accounts for Irwin Commercial Finance Canada. His responsibilities include the development of major national leasing programs for Canada and the U.S.

He began his career in leasing with First City Trust Equipment Financing Group in 1988. Prior to joining ICF in 1998, Lui was the Vice President, National Accounts at AT&T Capital Canada Inc.

Lui holds a Specialized Honours Degree in Economics and Geography from York University.

Alex Jung
Vice President, Operations

Alex is Vice President, Operations of Irwin Commercial Finance Canada, and is responsible for operations, new business, customer service, collections, end of term and asset management.

Before joining ICF in 2001, Alex provided financial and operational consulting services to several national and international companies in a variety of industries. Alex was also the Assistant Controller with AT&T Capital Canada Inc.

Alex is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia Institute (ICABC). Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the UBC, Vancouver.
